Why let a wheel decide?

Small decisions burn a surprising amount of energy — order in or cook, gym now or later, watch one more episode or sleep. When both options are genuinely fine, the fastest way out is to externalise the choice. A wheel gives you an answer in three seconds, and there's a bonus effect: if the wheel lands on No and you feel disappointed, you've just learned you actually wanted Yes. Either way, the decision is made.

Not just Yes and No

The wheel is fully editable. Add Maybe for a three-way split, or replace the answers entirely — Now / Later / Tomorrow, Pizza / Sushi / Cook, anything. Each answer has a weight: set Yes to 2 and No to 1 and Yes quietly takes two thirds of the wheel. Handy when you already lean one way but want luck to have a say.

Is it actually random?

Yes — every spin uses your browser's cryptographic random generator (the same class of randomness used to generate passwords), not a simple pseudo-random shortcut. For decisions where someone might doubt the result, SpinBloom also has a verifiable fair mode that publishes a hash before the spin so anyone can check nothing was rigged.

Prefer a coin?

SpinBloom includes a coin flip for classic heads-or-tails, and a random number generator when the answer is a quantity rather than a yes or no. The wheel, though, is the crowd-pleaser — spin it on a projector or share your exact wheel with a link.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Is the yes/no wheel really 50/50?

Yes. With both answers at equal weight each side owns exactly half the wheel, and results come from the browser's cryptographic random generator.

Can I add "Maybe"?

Yes — add any answers you like and remove the ones you don't. The wheel redraws instantly.

Can I tilt the odds?

Yes. Raise an answer's weight to give it a bigger slice — Yes at weight 2 vs No at 1 means Yes wins about 67% of spins.

Does it cost anything or need an account?

No. It's free, there's no sign-up, and your answers never leave your browser.
