Truth or Dare Wheel
Let the wheel make the call. One tap loads a Truth/Dare wheel — the player spins, physics decides, and the "I never said I'd do a dare" argument is over before it starts.
Why a wheel beats "pick one"
The classic game stalls at the same spot every round: someone hovers between truth and dare for a full minute, reading the room. Handing the choice to a spinning wheel keeps the pace up and the stakes honest — you get what you get. Spin it on one phone passed around the circle, or project it for bigger groups.
House-rule the wheel
The wheel is editable, so tune it to your group: give Dare a higher weight for a bolder night, or add extra slices — Group vote, Ask anyone, Double dare, or a mercy Skip. With remove the winner off, every spin is a fresh 50/50; the wheel never runs out.
Truth ideas to start with
What's the most embarrassing song you secretly love? · What's a small lie you've never confessed to the person here? · What's your most-used app you'd hate people to know about? · Who in this room would you call first if you won the lottery? · What's the strangest thing you've eaten and pretended to like? · What did your last search history entry say?
Dare ideas to start with
Talk in an accent until your next turn · Let the group post one (pre-approved!) emoji comment from your phone · Do your best impression of someone in the room until they guess it · Eat a spoonful of a condiment of the group's choice · Show the last photo in your camera roll · Swap seats and mimic your neighbour for a round.
Keep it fun
Good groups set two rules before the first spin: nothing dangerous or public-facing without consent, and anyone can swap a dare for a truth once per game. The wheel handles fairness — the group handles kindness.
